This role is crucial and a strategic freelance position in Yedda Blue Team. You will create Google classroom lessons with an interactive fun element. You will receive a basic rate and commission based on students feedback.

Responsibilities include:

• Detail orientated lesson creation. 

• Creating lessons for subjects including Mathematics, English, Science and Topics based on your expertise

• Including practical and fun new ways of learning.

• Creating lessons that are easily executed independently online and in the classroom.

This role is the most crucial and strategic position in YB! You will be the YB values ambassador and spearhead a revolution in blended learning for parents and kids.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding the individual goals and passions of your appointed group of learners

• Ownership: Organise, manage, facilitate and, above, inspire learners to take the initiative in pursuing what drives them whilst focusing on their development goals.

• Accountability: support learners to be independent and empower them with daily/weekly/monthly activities and routines.

• Provide academic guidance on the UK curriculum for younger learners and IGCSE and A-levels for teenage learners. You don’t need to be an expert, as initial and continuous training will be provided.

• Support and be a companion with learners in extracurricular and community activities.
